This six-week series is designed to give you a rich experience of the principles and movements that are foundational for Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons.

This series will cultivate the life within us and around us. Like a seed germinating in the earth, we will find the internal and external bases of support that help us to grow in all directions -simultaneously pushing against the ground and being embraced by her.
A series is for anyone new or experienced with the Feldenkrais Method who wants to find more pleasure and ease in strength.
This series integrates The Feldenkrais Method® + Organic Intelligence® to bring freedom to your neck, shoulders, breathing and nervous system.

This series began in April 2020 as a response to the lockdown in the UK during the Covid19 outbreak and to the themes of this strange Covid World we have found ourselves in.
The lessons are relevant to this time in which we are may be looking at screens and working on computers more, could be more than usually anxious and many of us are sitting more than usual – so use and ease of eyes, arms, hands, breath and the involvement of ribs and spine built to encourage a calmer state; moving on to issues of support for sitting – and to counter the effects of sitting.

The Dancers Series is designed specifically to support the movement education of people training to be professional dancers. It has a focus on helping dancers find greater release, clearer connections, and improved efficiency of movement.
We will come together as a group to support our individual and collective Organic Intelligence to move through us and guide our Deep Work.
