Core Artistry

Core strength is something that has been hyped for a while now. Physical strength may often be thought about as the size you train your muscles to be, but what if we invest more in the dimension of "the how" - the intelligence, refinement, and sensibility - you coordinate the use of your muscles to facilitate a more harmonious orchestration of skeletal movements, I think you'll acquire another experience of power. I can't help but get excited thinking about how helping people train this higher level of discernment and appreciation for the nuances of movements will help everyone optimise their efforts at the gym, doing yoga, or whatever other activities they are already using to build core strength. There's the word "art" in martial arts. I'm having a hard time understanding "artistry" as something separate from "options", "wisdom" and "tastefulness". I'm not giving up on our dignity as artists of our daily living.
